If you are successful in being appointed at Northampton School for Girls, you will be joining a school rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted. We seek to be one of the best schools in the Northamptonshire and this is reflected in our high standards and expectations of all staff and students. 

For teachers, you will have access to an outstanding CPD programme, which will enable you to continue to develop and grow as both an excellent teacher and leader. In return, we expect that you will have strong subject knowledge and the ability to provide high-quality teaching.

For support staff, we also offer CPD and this is often specialist in nature, given the variety of roles that support staff work at NSG.

Current Vacancies

After School Marshals

We’re supporting our students on their way home from Northampton School for Girls, during the darker months, by creating two new vacancies for after school staff. This is a seasonal, fixed term position for just over two hours at the end of each school day. If you are interested in assisting our students safely on their way home from the Spinney Hill/Bradlaugh Fields locality, please contact us -
