Wellbeing
Wellbeing is at the heart of our commitment to our school community, and we are consistently working together to find innovative ways to find time for self-care and support during challenging times.
Our excellent pastoral team, which includes a team of highly experienced Heads of Year and a fully qualified school counsellor, are always at hand to offer to our students.
In addition, staff and students alike have created a plethora of other up-lifting opportunities to promote wellbeing, including:
- Staff and student podcats led by the English department
- Arts inspiration from our Art department
- ‘Coach to 5K' from our the Sports department
- Recipes for school lunch favourites and ‘bake at home’ instructions from our fantastic catering team
- Art competitions
- Mindfulness
