^{This session is run by our Mental Health and Wellbeing Lead Cara Nicholson and our Head of Year 12, Hayley Bignell.

Tests and exams can be a challenging part of school life for children and young people and their parents or carers – but there are ways to ease the stress.

The aim of this workshop is to provide guidance around preparing for and coping with exam season. It is very normal for exams and tests to lead to anxiety, stress, and worry. Stress is the body’s natural response to pressure. While it can help us to focus and feel motivated to get things done, sometimes it can feel hard to manage.

This workshop will focus on understanding exam stress and practical tips to support your child.}

^{The SEND Information, Advice, and Support Service (IASS) in West Northamptonshire is an impartial and confidential service that gives free information, advice, and support about special educational needs or disabilities (SEND). The service operates at arm's length from the local authority and Integrated Care Northamptonshire through independently trained staff.}
